Our Coaches

The Goalie Centre and its owners pride themselves in the level of involvement they have in each and every goaltenders training. Whether it be with their playing ability or an ear for listening. We have watched many relationships grow... between goalies, coaches, parents and more importantly children and parents.

The Centre is a place to still have FUN with goaltending, even if it means hard work.

John is still enjoying his ongoing relationship with the Edmonton Oilers and is looking forward to his future relationship as a sports psychologist and personal trainer with his new and existing customers.

He played in the WHL for 3 years, winning the WHL championship with the Lethbridge Hurricanes earning him the WHL MVP. Blaine was very successful with his multi-year contract with the Anaheim Mighty Ducks and has retired as of this season. Blaine was raised in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, and being a local boy he is very excited about the opportunity to give back to the local minor hockey system that helped him reap the rewards he has been given in the years since he left.
