The camp was unbelievable! It worked me harder than ever before and the instructors kept the students motivated to work hard to reach their goals. The "weeks of hell" put me in the best shape of my life and I was unbelievabley prepared for the hockey season. Not only did the camp teach you to work hard in the off season but they taught me how to maintian the physical upkeep during the hockey season.
